Steel making composite slag cleaning agent

Multi functional composite slag washing material is a new type of material developed by our company for the current refining process in China's steel and metallurgical industry. Mainly used for furnace refining, it can also be used for deoxidation and desulfurization of molten iron after testing.

Refining slag cleaner for steelmaking is an auxiliary material added to the outside of the furnace to further improve the quality of molten steel by flushing the refining slag cleaner with the molten steel in the ladle during the initial steelmaking process. Its purpose is to reduce the content of oxygen, sulfur, and non-metallic inclusions in steel. It can reduce oxygen to 0.002% and sulfur to within 0.005%. Jintai synthetic slag washing agent has good flowability, small particle size and large contact surface with steel liquid, strong slag washing effect. The emulsified slag droplets continuously collide and merge with the steel flow while stirring, growing and floating, and removing impurities, thus achieving the slag washing function of full deoxygenation, desulfurization, and impurity removal.
